What is the one most compelling reason for placing a fee on carbon at its source (mine, well, port of entry), with 100% of the revenue equitably distributed to to every household in the United States?

	It would stimulate the economy by incentivizing clean energy and green jobs.
	It would directly address national security issues by reducing our demand for imported oil.
	It would be a part of a global solution to reduce CO2 emissions.
	It would encourage polluters and energy consumers alike to reduce their carbon footprint.
